High Holiday Youth Groups - Sign Up Form

                          

Thank you for your interest in Congregation Or Torah's High Holiday Youth Programming. This year for Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur, we will be offering groups for ages 6 months - 6th grade. Below is the sign-up form. If you have any questions, please contact our Youth Directors, Sara & Noah Goldman at youth@ortorah.org.

Cost: $20 per child for both days of Rosh Hashanah
Cost: $10 per child per day
Cost: $10 extra per family for both Kol Nidre & Neilah, $5 extra per family for just one option( Ie)Just for Kol Nidre or just for Neilah)
